E-Laws: Ontario’s legislation onlineThis site provides access to Ontario’s laws (statutes) and their associated regulations. Visitors can look at individual acts or regulations, or search all laws. Information is kept up to date and is usually available within several business days. Provincial Policy StatementThe 1997 Provincial Policy Statement, issued pursuant to section 3 of the Planning Act, provides policy direction on matters of provincial interest related to land use planning and development. The policies focus on the key provincial interests related to land use planning (the Planning Act itself is available through E-laws, above). |
