October 30, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Social gathering to start at 7:00 pm. Join other members for refreshments. Presentations will begin at 7:30 pm.

Restoration researchers at the University of Guelph, including Dr. Tyler Flockhart, are studying how to aid the monarch butterfly. Sarnia is playing a key role in the science and action of recovering the monarch butterfly as it is ground-zero for a study looking at how best to restore vital habitat for monarchs in roadsides. Lessons learned from Sarnia could be applied across eastern North America making Sarnia a leader in monarch butterfly recovery.
